What measures can extend the service life of the rubber conveyor belt during use?

The life of the rubber conveyor belt in use is quite different from the theoretical service life, mainly due to improper operation in use and inadequate daily maintenance. The low service life of the rubber conveyor belt will increase the production cost of the enterprise and cause waste of resources. 

First, check whether there is any foreign matter splash, improve the use of the environment

      The rubber conveyor belt has high requirements on the transmission system. The same plane and coaxiality of the components of the same transmission plane directly affect the service life of the transmission belt.
