How is the rubber conveyor belt loaded and unloaded? Let's take a look.
Before installation, first check whether the driving wheel, the driven wheel and the tensioning wheel are on a plane. Generally speaking, the allowable deviation is 2-3 mm when the center distance of the two pulleys is less than 1 m, and the allowable deviation is 3-4 mm when the center distance is greater than 1 m. If the deviation is too large, it should be adjusted to meet the requirements before installation and tensioning. When loading or unloading, first loosen the tensioning wheel, or remove the endless wheel of the infinitely variable first, then attach or remove the belt.
2. When the new V-belt is too tight to be loaded and unloaded, first remove a pulley, put on or remove the V-belt, and then install the pulley, not to unload. Generally, the combined V-belt should be removed after loading and unloading the pulley.
3. After the triangle belt fails, it should be replaced in time. If more than one triangle belt is used in combination, if one or part of it is effective, the other ones should be replaced at the same time, and the old and new belts should not be used together.
4. The tension of the conveyor belt needs to be adjusted. If the belt is too tight, the belt will wear seriously. If it is too loose, it will easily slip.
