Light Conveyor Belt Structure And Classification

The light conveyor belt is made of specially treated polyester yarn woven fabric, which is made of single-sided or double-sided coated rubber or PVC, PU, PE as the loading surface or transmission surface. It has high strength, small extension and curved. Good flexibility, wide operating temperature, stable operation and long service life. It is mainly used for the transportation of light-loaded materials such as food, tobacco, electronics, printing, packaging, textile, etc.; transportation of medium-loaded materials such as food, tobacco, electronics, printing, packaging, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical, postal, tanning, metallurgy, etc. Transportation of heavy materials such as chemical, postal, building materials and metallurgy.

Generally, there are three layers of light conveyor belts:

1 Surface The different materials, thicknesses and patterns on the belt surface determine the adhesion, physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the belt.

2 Strength Layer Fabrics of different materials largely determine the range of applications for the belt. The guiding, load and extension of the belt, electrostaticity, smoothness and suitability for the turning of the edge are directly related to the fabric structure.

3 Bottom The design of the bottom of the belt determines the noise resistance of the belt, the wear resistance and the adaptability of the belt to the support plate or the support shaft.

The light conveyor belt mainly includes PVC conveyor belt, rubber and plastic product conveyor belt, PU conveyor belt and the like.
