Bucket Evelator Conveyor Belt Features

May 13, 2019

Bucket elevaltor conveyor belts are widely used on hoists for a certain basis.

The rubber lifting belt is an industrial rubber product. This type of conveyor belt is used to install the hopper, which is the traction component of the bucket elevator, which can lift and transport the material. According to the core structure of the belt, it is divided into two types: a fabric core and a steel cord core. According to the wear and load of the material to be conveyed, it is divided into strong wear (D type), moderate wear (L type) and heat resistant type (T type) for conveying high temperature materials.

The rubber lifting belt is specially reinforced with tear-resistant polyester canvas or steel wire tear-proof layer, which has good performance and less maintenance.

The main features of the bucket elevator:

1. Wide range of lifting, this kind of hoist has less requirements on the type and characteristics of materials. It can not only improve the general powdery and small granular materials, but also improve the materials with high abrasion resistance. It has good sealing performance and less environmental pollution.

2. The driving power is small, adopting inflow feeding, inducing discharging, and large-capacity hopper intensive arrangement. There is almost no returning and excavating phenomenon when the material is lifted, so the invalid power is small.

3. The operation reliability is good, the advanced design principle and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the trouble-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. The lifting height is high. The hoist runs smoothly, so it can reach a higher lifting height.

4. The service life is long, the feeding of the hoist adopts the inflow type, and there is no need to use the bucket to excavate the material, and the extrusion and collision phenomenon rarely occur between the materials. The machine is designed to ensure that the material is less sprinkled during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.
