Characteristics: EPDM rubber is used as the covering layer, mainly based on the main performance of heat-resistant belt damage and loss of conveying capacity and different heat resistance levels. The skeleton material adopts domestic special high temperature resistant canvas, and the unique formula design solves the problem of high stability due to high saturation of ethylene propylene rubber, poor adhesion and low adhesion between layers. It has the characteristics of light body, long life (about 2-4 times) and good heat resistance.
Secondly, let's take a look at the precautions for the maintenance of heat-resistant conveyor belts.
During the storage of the heat-resistant conveyor belt, the conveyor belt shall be placed in a roll, shall not be folded, and shall be turned once every season during the placement.
When the heat-resistant conveyor belt is stored, the storage temperature should be kept between 18-40 °C, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.
Heat-resistant conveyor belts should be kept clean during use and storage to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, etc., and one meter away from the heating device.
Conveyor belts of different types and sizes should not be used together, and the joints should be glued as much as possible.
The type, structure, specification and number of layers of heat-resistant conveyor belts should be selected according to the conditions of use.
The running speed of the heat-resistant conveyor belt is generally not more than 2.5 m / s. The block size is large, the material with high wear and the fixed discharge device should be used at low speed.
The relationship between the diameter of the drive roller of the heat-resistant conveyor and the layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the drive roller, the reversing drum and the groove angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
