Classifications of the pattern conveyor belt?

Apr 15, 2019

The pattern conveyor belt is an inclined conveyor belt composed of a cover glue with a work surface and a cover rubber and a core with a non-working surface. It is suitable for conveying materials with inclination angle of 0~40° to prevent material from falling. What are the classifications of commonly used pattern conveyor belts?

1, strip pattern

Features: There are strips on the belt surface that are higher than the strips. The patterns are divided into high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement pitch.

Uses: Suitable for horizontal conveying packaging of ≤30° inclination. If it is grooved, it can replace the chevron pattern.

2, herringbone pattern

Features: There are “human” pattern on the belt surface, and the pattern can be closed or closed. Each pattern can be divided into high, medium and low.

Uses: It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination of ≤40 degrees, and can also transport bagged materials.

3, grain pattern

Features: There are granular patterns on the belt surface which are higher than the belt body or the concave embedded belt body, and the dimples can also be made into a square hole shape or a prism shape and a cloth pattern shape.

Uses: The convex grain pattern is suitable for flexible packaging or material handling (such as cardboard boxes) that requires gripping or no sliding conveyance.

The pit-shaped grain pattern is suitable for the transport of granules with an inclination of ≤ 45 degrees.

4, fan-shaped pattern

Features: Half-fan (or 1/4 round) pattern on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is disturbed into a fan shape (or semi-circular shape) and a high pattern.

Uses: Suitable for conveying powder, granules and block materials with a large inclination of ≤ 45 degrees.

Of course, there are many different categories. The above list only the commonly used ones, such as lawn pattern, fishbone pattern, diamond pattern, cross pattern, mesh pattern, inverted triangle pattern, horseshoe pattern, zigzag pattern, small dot pattern, Diamond pattern, snakeskin pattern, cloth pattern, large round table pattern, wave pattern, seesaw pattern, inline pattern, thin straight pattern, golf pattern, large square pattern, matt pattern, coarse pattern, checkered pattern, etc. Suitable for different performance requirements of different working environments in the industrial field.
