1、Usage

DMA series electromagnetic vibrating feeder is our factory on the basis of the introduction and assimilation of technology companies of Belgium TOLEDO, combined with China's national conditions designed and developed a new type of feeding equipment.

The product can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemicals, electricity, food, machinery and other industries, can diliver granular, powdery materials uniform, continuous, quantitatively to the feeding device; particularly suitable for automatic batching, packing, production process automation, feeding high precision applications.

2、Feature

The product is a new feeding equipment, have the following characteristics:

5、Installation and Configuration Process
1、The product is installed divided into the seat-mounted and suspended installations. Hanging installation as normal feeding may lower tilt 10 ° installation, viscous or higher water content materials can be poured at 15 ° installation, but for batching, dosing and automatic weighing, in order to ensure feeding precision, we recommend horizontal mounting.

一.Usage: 

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be widely used in metallurgy, coal, electricity, machinery, chemicals, building materials, light industry and food and other industrial and mining enterprises (for example: discharge from the silo, belt conveyor, bucket elevator feed, feed in the crusher and ball mill, dosing in the packaging system, make a uniform continuous ingredients use in dosing system and so on).

二、Characteristics

(1)Use half-wave rectification control circuit, can ajust the feeding amount within fix output,and can be used for automatic control of the production process, achieve production automation.

(2)According to user requirements, providing automatic leveled control system, feeder amplitude fluctuation ≤ ± 3%. Supporting intelligent computer control box can feed with high stability.

(3)Simple structure, light weight, not require lubrication, easy maintenance.

(4)As a result of nearly resonance principle, therefore low energy consumption. The material in the tank was slightly parabolic motion, wear a small trough.
